Canon Rebel T3i Sample Photos

Since the Canon Rebel T3i has the exact same 18-megapixel sensor and DIGIC 4 processor as the Canon T2i and Canon 60D, you can expect the same image quality results when using this digital SLR camera.

The photos below are examples of images taken within a week of getting the new Rebel T3i. Kit lens is OK, but the Sigma 18-250mm lens has much more versatility, especially for getting closer to the action.

Used the Rebel software – Grainy Black and White – to create this vintage look.

Lots of light and “continuous shooting” helped get this action shot.

Used the flash to get rid of the shadows on this young girl’s face. Result was a little over-exposed, but photoshop saved the day.

Rebel T3i - soccer action
The T3i had no problem with action shots at this girls’ soccer game. Sigma 18-250mm lens with camera set to Shutter Priority at 1/1600 sec. On this bright day an ISO of 160 was set automatically by the camera.
